A tall young guy in business attire and Gucci loafers was absorbed in The Warrior Elite: The Forging of Seal Class 228 by Dick Couch. Living vicariously, I guess . . .
An elderly woman sporting an elaborately-coiffed wig and wearing a trim trench coat was reading Cleopatra: A Life, by Stacy Schiff.
A 30-ish woman wearing black leggings, a bulky fleece jacket, and yoga shoes, and carrying a huge Tory Burch tote bag was reading John Grisham's latest, The Confession.

I really enjoy reading this little segment of yours, its like the literary version of gawker. I also take the train in ATlanta and nearly strain my neck trying to get a glimpse of what people are reading. I don't care when they look up and bust me. Shameless.

Hi Sheri: I'm so glad you enjoy my subway sightings. Glad to hear you're keeping up the tradition in Atlanta!
